  1. Sometimes, living here is so boring.

All photos taken from 24 to 28 March this year. There’re hundreds more but it would take me far too long to post them.

Hi Paul, Steve from Belfast. Just talking to Alan on his return today. 25/04/12 I will be over on 29th May 2012 for 10 days. and would like to get a days fishing fitted in. I will also be back on 14th July for 6 weeks and will be ready to take myself out of the wooden spoon league!!!!!!. Last time i was over you told me to bring tins of something for bait as an alternative to sweetcorn, Remind me as I cant remember what it was. Look for to seeing you all again!!

  3. Hi Steve and thanks for the phone call.
The only thing I can think of as a sweetcorn alternative would be the plastic stuff. Especially if it’s Tollostolop catching we’re talking about. I don’t think they actually feed on solids but do suck them in when filter feeding but they almost immediately spit them out.
The fishing’s up and down at the moment and is very weather dependant. Mind you the weather is changeable, to say the least.
It’ll be good to see you again if you manage to get across during your May visit but don’t panic if you can’t make it, there’s plenty of time during your July hols.
I’ve not managed to fish since Sunday and won’t manage it before the coming Sunday, so again, the match will be a mystery.

    Paul.
